About BVICAM

      BVICAM was established in the year 2002. We run 03 years MCA Programme with 120 annual intake. It is one, of the three Institutions in Delhi and of the 187 Institutions across the country, of Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. Keeping its vision clear and mission at fore, the Institute is moving fast to become a benchmark Institution in the academic field of Computer Science and Applications in the country. BVICAM believes in collaborative participation of staff, students, parents, corporate, academia and government agencies for developing the Institute and tailoring the teaching - learning processes inline to industry expectations. BVICAM is one of the most sought after pioneering Institution for MCA Programme in North India. The strength of BVICAM lies in the students caring and dedicated team of core faculty members having a highly structured ICT enabled Teaching - Learning System (TLS) backed by state of the art infrastructural and instructional facilities. The strength of core faculty is further enriched by involving a number of Working Professionals, invited from corporate houses, who combine with them huge business experience with strong academic credentials. By now, BVICAM is considered as a premier Institution for MCA Programme in North India. We have very close and active associations with professional bodies like IEEE, IETE, CSI and ISTE. Our Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and customized Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for working professionals are most sought after. Our BIJIT - BVICAM’s International Journal of Information Technology, having ISSN 0973 – 5658, being published by BVICAM, New Delhi, since last 08 years, will now be published by Springer (The world’s largest publisher of scientific documents) w.e.f. Volume 09 Issue 01 from January, 2017 under ISSN: 2511- 2104 (Print Version); ISSN: 2511-2112 (Electronic Version) entitled as International Journal of Information Technology [An official publication of Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM)], New Delhi. It aims to publish original, theoretical and practical advances in Computer Science, Information Technology and all interdisciplinary streams of Engineering Sciences. It intends to disseminate original, scientific, theoretical or applied research in the field of Computer Sciences and allied fields. It provides a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component. It aims to bridge the significant gap between research and practice by promoting the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research. It is enlisted in the approved list of University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi for the purpose of adjudicating the weightage of the published papers for Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) and Direct Recruitment of Teachers and other academic staff, as required under the UGC (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges). Besides regular academics, students are continuously exposed to various extra-curricular activities, like workshops, seminars, industrial visits, sports based activities, annual social gatherings, etc. to develop them as future professionals to take up the responsibilities with positive attitude, confidence, values and ethics. Our series based National events like INDIACom(s); National Conferences and NSC(s); National Students' Conventions are amongst the most awaited events of the country.
